| The commercial focus of BioTransformations Ltd is aimed at greatly improving the specificity, safety and efficiency of anti-cancer treatment using monoclonal antibodies (Mabs). The technology allows for the Mabs to be cloaked and unreactive unless they are in the target area in which they are uncloaked and activated simply by light. Thus a major increase of the functional specificity of antibodies can be achieved.
