Guide

1. Tumour (yellow area) is present and unaffected by T cells of the body.

2. Tumour is bound by bispecific antibody composed of active tumour binding site and reversibly inactivated anti-T-cell binding site.

3. T cells do not bind to inactivated anti-T-cell sites in unilluminated areas of the body.

4. The general area of the tumour is illuminated - activating the anti-T-cell binding site.

5. T -cells are captured and activated at the tumour site.

6. The tumour is killed.
